Bella Ciaramitaro is an interaction designer who works at the intersection of media, sound, design, and code. Bella’s work takes form in interactive installations, video projections, sonic environments, and creative workshops. Their research-based work explores experiences of awe in natural and constructed spaces, and its relationship to emotion and ethical behavior.

Centering embodied knowledges, imaginations, and more-than-human worlds, Bella fosters connections between people and (internal and external) environments. Their work draws on theoretical ideas of enchantment and focuses on interconnected perspectives.

With deep curiosity and fiery passion, Bella moves through life excited to create. She is steadfast in her belief that “art is for all of us” and brings this perspective wherever she works.
